Our story

Seven years of solving real problems for real businesses

BH Softwares was born out of a frustration shared by many growing businesses in Brazil: software projects that took forever, cost a fortune, and still didn't quite fit. Our founders had watched this pattern repeat across industries — from logistics operations tangled in spreadsheets to healthcare clinics running on homegrown systems nobody dared touch — and they were convinced there was a better way.

"We don't build software and hand it over. We embed ourselves in our clients' operations until the system works exactly the way the business needs it to."

Starting in 2017 with a small but deeply experienced team in Belo Horizonte, we focused on a handful of verticals where we could go deep — legal, healthcare, transport and logistics, retail — and build genuine domain knowledge alongside our technical capability. That focus paid off. Clients came back. They referred peers. Projects that started as a single system evolved into long-term engineering partnerships.

Today, BH Softwares develops bespoke systems, applications, portals, and e-commerce platforms; modernises aging legacy stacks; and allocates dedicated engineering squads to companies that need to accelerate delivery without sacrificing quality. Our infrastructure runs on Brazilian Tier III data centres, ensuring the performance, sovereignty, and compliance that regulated industries demand.

Healthcare enters the portfolio

We develop the clinical management system for the first CREFITO-MG homologated physiotherapy clinic in the state, marking our entry into regulated healthcare software.

Squad allocation model formalised

Responding to demand from scale-up clients, we formalise a dedicated squad service — full teams embedded into client engineering structures, with our technical leadership overhead included.

International expansion — Spanish multinational onboarded

We're selected as the technology partner for a Spanish multinational operating in Brazil, providing sustained consultancy, infrastructure management, and ongoing modernisation work.
